Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Self-Care

With a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Ayurvedic Wellness Practices, I can present basic Ayurvedic lifestyle and wellness education to the public and apply the principle to promote my own wellbeing. I created a Dinacharya Plan, with goals to regulate my biological clock, enhance digestion, absorption and assimilation, and elevate my quality of life through improved self-esteem, discipline, peace, and happiness.
