As a graduate of the Health Promotion program at MUIH, I am able to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate workplace wellness programs in a multitude of employment settings. I designed and implemented a pilot program for ANTEDOTUM, a start-up skincare company based out of Aspen, CO.

Community Health
As a graduate of the Health Promotion program at MUIH, I have a comprehensive foundation in designing, implementing and managing integrative health programs using health behavior change for specific populations in the community. I designed a COVID prevention program for a high-risk demographic in Montgomery County, MD.

Herbal Medicine
With a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Herbal Studies from MUIH, I have a foundational knowledge of herbal sciences, as well as an understanding of wellness-based models of healthcare. I designed a program focusing on herbal remedies for LIFT Wellness Center in Jackson, TN.
